Sir/Madam,
With reference to the above, this is to inform you that Tritiya Sopan Testing Camp 2011 will be conducted from 24-26 November 2011 as per the schedule given below:
Date of Reporting : 23.11.2011 AN (before 04.00 PM)
Date of Relieving : 26.11.2011 AN (after 04.00 PM)
Registration fee : Rs.50/- per Scout / Guide
Boarding & lodging: Rs.600/- per Scout/Guide/Scouter/Guider (from VVN)
Charges including contingencies (for 03 days)
Eligibility i) Scout / Guide should have completed 12 years 03 months as on 24.11.2011.
ii) Should have complete and correct uniform with Dwitiya Sopan Badge attached properly.
iii) Scout / Guide should have presentable Log Book updated.
Personal Kit Complete set of uniform, Clothes for change after the Day’s programme, Toiletries, Plate, Tumbler, Spoon, Shoes, polish, brush, Candle/Torch with cells,
Mosquito repellent, Medicines, if used regularly,
Log Book and Three meters knotting rope.
The Camp Directors (Venue Principals), LOCs and observers of the venues will report one day before starting the Camp to the Venue Principal for making necessary arrangements. The Regional Observers are requested to guide the LOCs in conducting the testing camps as per APRO and send a brief report with the list of qualified Scouts & Guides, as per the proforma given below to the undersigned immediately after completion of the Camp.
Note: Scarf, Woogle, Certificate, Test card and Tritiya sopan cloth badge are to be provided to the participants by the Venue Vidyalaya, the expenditure of which will be met from the Registration fee collected.
The senior most Scout Master of the Venue Vidyalaya will act as Coordinator in conducting the Testing camp.
All eligible Scouts and Guides can take part in the above said testing camp. The escorting Scout Masters and Guide Captains will act as Base In-charges in smooth conduct of the camp.
The Venue Principals are requested to make all necessary arrangements for the above Camps and the entire expenditure may be met out of the amount collected from the participants.
All Principals are requested to inform the no. of participants to the Venue Vidyalayas well in time for making necessary arrangements for comfortable stay.
