            With reference to this office letter of even number dated 03.08.2011, please find enclosed list of Adult Leaders with allotted Warrant numbers for the year 2011.  Please note that these warrant numbers are valid up to 31.03.2013.  The list may be downloaded and circulated among all the teachers and changes, if any may be informed to this office immediately for further necessary action.  In case, warrant numbers are not issued to any Adult leader of your vidyalaya, they may be asked to apply in prescribed format along with necessary documents given in our earlier circular for necessary action.
