Sir/Madam,

Your attention is drawn to the Pre-camp for prospective Rashtrapathi Awardees 2012 held at KV NPA Shivarampally on 14-15 May 2012 wherein the Scouts and Guides were trained to fill the application forms in prescribed format as per APRO part III.

In this connection, you are requested to forward Xerox copy of Rajyapuraskar certificate of Scouts and Guides as per the details given below since it is mandatory to attach the copy of the certificate along with the registration form.

1. those who have attended Pre-Rashtrapathi camp at KV NPA Shivarampally;
2. those scouts who have already submitted the filled in registration form to KVS HR;
3. those guides who are yet to submit registration form to KVS HR.

Copy of the Rajyapuraskar certificate should reach the undersigned latest by 27.06.2012 positively.

Kindly treat this as MOST IMPORTANT.
