With
reference to the aforesaid subject, this is to inform you that Cubs and Bulbuls
Utsav will be organized from 8-10th
December 2014at the following venues with the theme: MERA BHARAT –
SWACHH BHARAT.

All the LOCs and Regional Observers will report
one day earlier i.e., on 07.12.2014 at their respective venues to make all
necessary arrangements for the Camp.
Each vidyalaya will
sponsor 06ubs and 06 Bulbuls (preferably Chathurtha Charan / Heerak Pankh).
All the Principals are
requested to take personal interest in sending the Cubs & Bulbuls with
trained Cub masters and Flock leaders only to the respective venues. Participation of all KVs is compulsory. The escort teachers for Cubs & Bulbul
Utsav will stay with them at the venue in uniform.
The
competitions to be held for Cubs & Bulbuls Utsav are enclosed in Annexure
I. Cubs and Bulbuls may be trained by
the KVs for better performance during the Utsav activities.
The
LOCs and Regional Observers will submit a detailed report on completion of the
programme to the undersigned.

1) Copy to the Venue Principals, KV- NPA
SIVARAMPALLY & NO1 TIRUPATI – for information and necessary action. Judges for the competitions will be arranged
by the venue KVs. They are directed to
ensure perfect arrangements for the comfortable stay of cubs and bulbuls during
the Utsav. Utmost care to be taken while
making boarding arrangements. They may also invite local District Chief
Commissioners/District Commissioners (S/G) for participating in the Utsav. They may arrange for purchase of eight
shields for the SHIELD COMPETITIONS AND DIVISIONAL COMMISSIONER SHIELD.
Venue Principals are requested to procure Mementoes, Scarfs,
woogles, certificates and stickers of Utsav Award activities & TEST CARD (i.e.,
600 – Cubs, Bulbuls, escort teachers etc.) after thoroughly following the KVS Purchase
procedure. A Purchase committee may be constituted for this purpose. Expenditure may be initially born by the Venue
KVs, which will be reimbursed from Divisional fund on submission of
Bills/vouchers in original.
