Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the BS&G HQ Circular NO. 123 / 2011 dated 02-11-2011 regarding participation of KVS Scouts in the International (Asia Pacific Level) Competition on Production of Audio-Visual “What is great about Scouts”?

        The contest is also a tool to share and appreciate the extraordinary work that the people of scouting do to make their communities a better place and to convey the message “what is great about Scouting?” Hence, an inter-unit contest at Vidyalaya level is to be conducted to get the best entries and to make the contest purposeful as a means to attract and inspire more young people to join the Scouting movement.

        In this regard you are requested to circulate the letter to all KVs/ BS&G Groups under your jurisdiction with the direction to participate in the contest and send selected entries to the Jt. Director BS&G (at the address given below) latest by 31^st  January, 2012 under intimation to District Chief Commissioner, RO concerned and this office.
