Sub:- 02 Guidelines and 02 Log-Books of BS&G P.M. Shield

Competition (PMSC) 2010-2011.

Sir/ Madam,

            Vide this office letter of even number dated 21-01-2011 and this office letter F. No. F.110353/02/2009-KVS (Acad.)/BS&G dated 10-02-2011 (both letters uploaded on the website: www.kvsbsg.blogspot.com and copies of the both letters enclosed herewith for ready reference), it is clearly informed that in the academic year 2010-11 registration of at least a unit per KV for PMSC is needed for the keeping our student on the path of community service oriented work and to inculcate among them youth leadership for achieving the KVS BS&G targets such as s Rashtrapti Award & PM Shield competition.

            But till today we did not received any information in this regard from your Region and the required list (in the Performa Annexure-PMSC-R) with original copies of the forms and consolidated DD. The duration for working is still remaining i.e. up to 30-06-2011. The time for next year PMSC registration (2011-12) is also fast  approaching i.e. after 01-07-2011.

Meanwhile, find enclose herewith 02 copies of Log-Books with  02 copies of Guidelines  of PMSC which should be issued to the senior applicants (HWB/ALT/LT) of the Prime Minister’s Shield Competition 2010-11 so that they may immediately do the work and guide others in the Region. Even then if any further guidance on PMSC is required then ALT/ LT attached to RO may contact to Dr. B. Islam SOC KVS BS&G who is attached to this office.

            Please direct ALT/ LT attached to your office to do the work for required participation of the Region and success in the PMS Competition 2010-11.
