Sub: - The BS&G Uniform Allowance.

Madam/ Sir,

With reference to your letter F. No. 190353/1/2011/Acad./EO (M)/ KVS (DR)/ 18649 dated 13-09-2011, on the subject cited above, I am to convey that the existing procedure of funding from divisional Association fund of concerned Division ( vide this office letter of even number dated 17 - 8 – 2011 issued by the State Secretary KVS BS&G – Copy enclosed herewith) will be continued for the academic year 2011-2012, however the suggestion of funding from VVN of Individual KV and verification of bills will be discussed in the forthcoming Deputy Commissioners Conference/ Annual meeting of KVS BS&G State Association Meeting.

It is also for your kind information that the Uniform Allowance is exempted from Income Tax. However, a self declaration may be obtained from teacher on account of maintenance of Uniform through Principal concerned.

        It issues with approval of competent authority.
