Sub:- Application for BS&G Prime Minister’s Shield Competition (PMSC) 2012-2013.

Sir/Madam,

        With reference to BS&G National Headquarters Circular No. 32/2012 dated 15-03-2012, the registration for the Prime Minister’s Shield Competition 2012-2013 is still open. The PMSC is also an essential part for Rashtrapati Scout/Guide and HWB aspirant teachers.

2.      The KVS BS&G units not yet registered and willing to do PMSC Community Development Project work, they may send the applications in the prescribed format (copy enclosed) through proper channel.

3.      The following table may be developed at the Office of District Commissioner concerned for maintaining record of applicants. Two copies of this table may be forwarded to RO with the applications.

4.      The applications received from District Commissioner to RO should be forwarded to KVS HQ along with a consolidated DD from Divisional Association Fund in favour of the Director, Bharat Scouts and Guides, payable at New Delhi.

        You are requested to promote the above mention competition as Community Development Project in your region and please send the applications with above tabulated information and a consolidated DD to this office for recommendation and onward transmission to NHQ BS&G.
