Madam/ Sir,

On subject cited above, I am to convey the approval of competent authority to depute eligible and dedicated teachers of your region in HWB Courses (as per requirement of the Region), after receiving confirmation letter from NTC BS&G Pachmarhi, the detail is as under:-

          All the KVS BS&G officials, ALTs/LTs and applicant are requested to go through the NTC BS&G circulars mentioned above and available on the following link:

          The applications of eligible and dedicated teachers on prescribed form duly filled in (by applicant’s handwriting) should be forwarded to this office through concerned State Training Commissioner (S/G) with all supporting document at the earliest possible for further course of action. After due work by STC (S/G) then at KVS HQ the applications will be dispatched to NTC BS&G for consideration. The NTC BS&G will issue the list of selected candidate for participation.

You are requested to invite the applications of eligible teachers of your region for HWB Courses (as per the NTC BS&G circulars mentioned above) and send the applications (as per requirement of the Region) to the STC (S/G). You may please depute selected teachers only after receiving selection letter from NTC BS&G.
