Dear Madam/ Sir,

            Asia Pacific Region is organizing Photo Contest under the theme “Youth for Change” which speaks about youth involvement, youth empowerments and engagement, active citizenship and International dialogue, one of these elements must be seen in the Photo entries to show this important character of the Scout movement.

The details of the contest are as under :-

Name of the Event	:	10th ASIA PACIFIC REGION Scout Photo Contest 2012– “youth FOR CHANGE
Theme	:	Youth for Change
Who can participated	:	Scouts & Scout Leaders
What Picture	:	Photo shoots showing the theme “Youth for Change” All photos must be 300 PPi Photo size must be 8R (8" x 10") (203 x 254  m.m.)
Where to send	:	To The Director,  The Bharat Scouts & Guides, National Headquarters,  Lakshmi Mazumdar Bhawan, 16, Mahatma Gandhi Marg., Indraprastha Estate, New Delhi–110002
Prizes	:	Gold Prize – One Silver Prizes – Two Bronze Prizes – Three
Selection	:	It will be done by an International panel of Professional Photographs at Asia Pacific Region Level.
Last date to receiving Photo	:	20th January, 2012.
