Sir/Madam,
With reference to the aforesaid subject, please find enclosed copy of KVS Hqrs letter under reference along with Entry form for your information and necessary action.
You are requested to circulate this information among all Scouts and Scout Leaders of your vidyalaya and encourage them to participate in the contest. Three best selected entries may be forwarded to this office latest by 10.01.2012 for consolidation and onward transmission to the Director, BS&G, New Delhi.
You are requested to go through the selected entries as per the guidelines given in the Circular No.129/2011 dated 04.11.2011 before forwarding them to KVS RO Hyderabad. The entry forms duly filled should be pasted on the back side of the Three best entries (photos). Soft copy of the selected photo with the entry form (duly filled) may also be sent to – tbsqnet@del2vsnl.net.in.
Last date given may strictly be adhered to.
