Sub: Revised Registration Form for BS&G Prime Minister’s Shield Competition (PMSC).
Sir/Madam,
With reference to NHQ BS&G letter/ Circular No. 61/2011 dated 28-06-2011, please find enclosed herewith a copy of Revised Registration Form for BS&G “Prime Minister’s Shield Competition” (PMSC).
2. You are all aware that Prospective Rashtrapati Scouts/ Guides must work for Prime Minister Shield Competition and also motivation should be given to all the Scouts and Guides units of the KVS BS&G through Principal concerned to play their useful role in the service of the Nation and in the movement under proper guidance of UL/ALT and LT of KVS BS&G.
3. This revised and prescribed Form is to be used by the applicant/ Unit Leader without recomposing of it (in original shape) by copying of it on legal size paper (i.e. 8.5” x 14”). The form should be initially filled in by concerned Unit Leader in his/her handwriting and should be forwarded to this office through proper channel in the light of relevant letters of this office.
You are requested to motivate all members of BS&G working in your jurisdiction to work hard for winning the P.M.S. Competition and please forward the enclosed copy of Revised PMSC form to all Units with above mentioned guideline.
