(All Cubs and Bulbuls will be divided in to 6 groups(3 Cub packs and 3 Bulbul flocks)
1030Hrs to 1300Hrs SESSION-1 ( 6 bases with In-charges will be arranged.I/C will test with the help of other Escorts and issue stickers to the Cub/Bulbul, Each base will Test only one Item at a time for all Cubs & Bulbuls)
(Cub Bulbul promise, Law,Salute & shake hand,prayer song,Flag song , writing address on post card items to be completed and stickers to sticked on Test Cards) EACH Item time will be given 30 minutes.Circular way the children will go to next bases..
1300 Hrs to 1430 Hrs LUNCH
1430 Hrs to 1500 Hrs Sing song session
1500 Hrs to 1600 Hrs Telling Time & Reef Knot & Clove Hitch base wise (in 3 bases Telling time & in 3 bases Knots to be arranged)
1600 Hrs to 1615 Hrs Snacks /drink
1615 Hrs to 1700 Hrs practice session for Action song & Group Dance Competition(Vidyalaya wise)
1730 Hrs to 2000Hrs ACTION SONG & GROUP DANCE COMPETITION( Best items will be selected for Campfire // RED FLOWER SHOW/KALARAV)
2115 Hrs OFFICIALS MEETING WITH ESCORTS (Discussion on Days proceedings)
2200 Hrs LIGHTS OFF

1030 Hrs to 1100 Hrs Water Break//Tea Break ( A Biscuit packet contain 6 will be given to the children)
1100 Hrs to 1300 Hrs Taste, Smell,Touch,Observation (Only 10 Items), First aid & Leaf /Flower (One each)identification- Base wise stickers will be given after testing.
1300 Hrs to 1430 Hrs LUNCH
1430 Hrs to 1600 Hrs CLAY MODELLING & Handi crafts exhibition (Vidyalaya wise) competition
1630 Hrs Snacks break
1700 Hrs GRAND CAMP FIRE ///RED FLOWER SHOW//KALARAV PREPARATION

0900 Hrs to 1030 Hrs Rope Climbing, Tree Climbing,Cycling,Compass Reading- Base wise will be arranged and stickers will be issued to all and base in-charges will see that Each & every Cub/Bulbul’s Teat card is completed or not
1100 Hrs to 1230 Hrs Valedictory Function-presentation of shields, mementoes to all,certificates,declaration of Divisional Chief Commissioners Shield etc
